Nannette Wortham, Hearing instrument Specialist for The Hearing Aid Center joined our team March 2021.
Nannette graduated from University of Tennessee at Martin. She loves helping people hear better through the technology available to us today. She began working in the hearing industry in 2000 and decided this is the career she loves. She changed her career path from becoming a veterinarian to working with those in need of better hearing. “It is such a rewarding job to serve others and help them regain communication with their friends and families.” She has an understanding of what it is like to have hearing loss and compassion to find the best solution for each patient.
She enjoys going to the beach, horseback riding, barrel racing, hiking, traveling and playing with her dogs.
Kasey Maxwell
Audio Tech
Kasey Maxwell is an Audio Technician for Tullahoma and Decherd TN. Kasey is originally from Santa Rosa Beach, FL and moved to Decherd, TN. in 2012. Kasey attended Middle Tennessee State University and started working at Sacred Heart Hospital in 2004. Kasey began working in the hearing industry in 2023 and was drawn to the profession because of a great experience that was had by a former provider at The Hearing Aid Center, her interest of learning the parts of hearing more in depth and the help that hearing aids provide to people.
What Kasey loves most about saving hearing lives is the hands-on experience she receives in helping others to obtain their best hearing possible. Kasey strives to be someone’s voice to better hearing by always learning more, always staying up to date on technology and always having faith over fear for the best experience in her everyday work with patients. Outside of saving hearing lives, Kasey loves kayaking, gardening and spending time with her family.
